1 clove garlic (roasted ok)
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. tahini
1 t. cumin
1/4 t. salt
1 can 15 oz black beans rinsed
1 small pepper (serrano) chopped
Dash of crushed red pepper
2 t. olive oil
Dash of ground red pepper

In food processor, add ingredients and process until smooth. May need more olive oil, will be thick.
