3 lbs wings (can use drummettes)
2 T. grapeseed oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 T. Sriracha sauce
1 c. Agave syrup
1 t. garlic powder or roasted garlic
3 T. lemon juice
2 t. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º
Bake wings for 15 min.

Mix oil, soy, chili sauce and agave and pour over wings.

Lower heat to 375º
Bake uncovered for one hour, sauce will be thick make a coating over wings.
May need another 20 min.

Let cool 10 min and then add lemon juice and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Can use 500 degree oven salt and pepper and 2 T. oil and bake 40 min til crisp. then dip in melted butter and hot sauce and serve with blue cheese dip and celery.
or toss with 3 parts balsamic 1 part soy, little sugar and reduce syrupy. add butter and toss w wings, rest and toss again
Michael Symon: toss wings with coriander, cumin, cinnamon, salt, olive oil and refrig 4 hrs or more. Bake at 375 and bake 1 hour 30 min. Toss in 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 c. sriracha, cilantro, zest and lime juice
