Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
Simmer for 20-30 minutes with:
2 tsp. chicken bouillons
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute:
1 Tbsp. butter
2-3 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Make roux with:
4 Tbsp. butter and 1/3 cup flour
Mix into 2 cups milk
Bring this mixture to a boil, add to tomato mixture

If you don't like chunky, put tomatoes and veggies through blender before mixing with milk

Can add fresh basil or basil pesto to this
