Ingredients:  
Bake 4 potatoes (microwave or oven) let cool
When cooled dice potatoes, including skins
Blend together:
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 onion
4 stalks celery
Bring to boil
Add:
2 cups milk
1/2 cube butter & 1/2 cup flour (make a roux)
Add to broth mixture
Add:
2 shakes Tobasco sauce
1/2 jar light Cheese Whiz
Season with salt and pepper
Add diced baked potatoes to broth, warm, serve
Can also add:
bacon, ham, grated cheese
