8 c dried bread cubes
2 beaten eggs
1/3 chopped onion
3 stalks celery -- chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
pepper to your taste
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*
Mix everything together. Let set a few minutes, so bread can moisten with chicken broth.
For crispy dressing, use ice cream scoop of dressing in sprayed muffin cups. Bake 30 minutes uncovered.
For moist dressing, put in sprayed 9 x 13" baking dish, cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover for 15 minutes.
