2 lbs pork cut in 1 inch cubes
1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C flour
1 Tb Chile power
1 t salt
1/2 C chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 t oregano
3/4 C beef broth
1 1/2 cups Chile sauce, 5 T n. Mex Chile power
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a bag shake pork with flour,chili power and salt.
Brown Pork with onions and garlic. Add beef broth and simmer for 10 min. Add Chile sauce and tomato sauce and simmer until pork is very tinder.
