1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
4 to 4 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat buttermilk & baking soda to lukewarm. I(I use microwave) Dissolve yeast & 2 tbsp sugar in lukewarm water. Add 2 tbsp sugar, salt and oil to buttermilk mixture, then add to yeast mixture. Add enough flour to knead. Let rest 10 minutes and shape into rolls. Let rise 30 minutes & bake in 375 oven for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

I spread with butter and cinnamon sugar and roll up, slice and put into pan. Frost with powdered sugar frosting when warm
