1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate or 7-8 T. cocoa
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the vanilla.
Heat to rolling boil, boil for 1 minute.
Place the pan in cold water till cool.
Beat with a mixer until as thick as you desire.

Will frosten a 9 x 13 inch pan
