1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 c onion -- chopped
1 clove garlic -- minced
2 c cooked chicken
2 c chicken broth
30 oz Great northern beans -- do not drain
4 oz diced green chili
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c shredded cheese
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:

Saute onion & garlic.

Stir everything through the salt together in a large sauce pan and simmer on low 20 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and cheese, and stir until cheese melts.


Serve chips on the side instead of crackers.
You can serve topped with a little sour cream, (maybe a little avocado dip) , a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese and a couple chips, if desired.
