brie wheel (not the huge ones)
garlic c
basil
mushrooms
puff pastry dough sheets
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté butter, garlic, mushrooms,and basil. Cool the mixture. Put 1 piece of puff pastry down on counter. Put mushrooms mixture in the middle of it and put brie on top. Wrap the dough around it, and butter it . Wrap in saran wrap and then foil. Freeze
Take out of freezer and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Take out of the oven and let sit for 15 minutes or so. Serve with crackers.
