3/4 C mayonnaise
3 Tbsp raspberry vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
3/4 C crumbled cooked bacon
2 C sliced fresh mushrooms
8 C spinach ( tear into bite sized pieces )

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 7 ingredients and refrigerate. Combine bacon, mushrooms and spinach. When ready to serve toss with enough dressing to coat and serve immediately. Remaining dressing may be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
