Butter lettuce - washed and dried
can of mandarin oranges
poppy seed
Avocado - optional

Juice of fresh lemons (about 2)
Salad oil
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Wash and tear up lettuce. Add cucumber.
Prepare dressing by squeezing juice from lemons and adding oil. (Twice amount of oil as lemon juice). Add sugar and mustard and paprika to taste.
Before serving drain can of oranges and add oranges and sprinkle on poppy seeds and add dressing.
