2 c. (1 lb can) canned salmon, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 T. minced onion
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate about 4 hours. Shape into ball; roll in parsley or chopped pecans. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
