3 cans Hormel chili (without beans)
2 small cans chopped green chilies (do not drain)
1 medium onion, diced
16 oz. Velvetta cheese
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef (if used). Cut Velveeta into small pieces. In a crock pot, mix onion, green chilies, chili, ground beef and Velveeta cheese. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
