1 bunch of Brussels Sprouts

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper

1 package Dried Cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Rinse Brussels Sprouts and place in a microwave -safe dish. Cover. Microwave for about 3 minutes. Stir Maple Syrup and about 1 Tablespoon Olive oil together. Place Brussels Sprouts on a baking dish and drizzle the maple syrup mixture over the sprouts. Bake for about 30 minutes. Place on a serving dish, pour any Syrup from the baking pan over the Brussels Sprouts and garnish with dried cranberries. Enjoy!
