2 1/2 cups of bisquick baking mix
3/4 cups whole milk
1/2 stick of cold butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 heaping cup of cheddar cheese
Brush on top:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Combine bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. Don't mix to thoroughly. There should be pea size chunks of butter in the mix. Add cheddar cheese, milk and 1/4 tsp garlic. Mix by hand until combined but don't overmix.

Drop approximately 1/4 cup portions of the dough onto ungreased cookie sheet using ice cream scoop.

Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops begin to turn light brown. After removing brush tops with the butter mix.
