2 Rock-Cornish hens
seasoning

Glaze:
3 T. jam (I use strawberry)
1/4 c. orange juice
2-3 T. bar-b-que sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place washed hens in roasting pan. Season. Bake at 400º for 45 minutes. Baste while roasting.
Glaze: While the hens are roasting melt the jam in a small saucepan over low flame.Once the jam is melted add the orange juice and bar-b-que sauce. Remove from heat once ingredients are blended.
After 45 minutes reduce oven temperature to 350º and pour some orange juice in pan. Using glaze, baste hens every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.
