1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 small can carnation evaporated milk
lemon or orange peel
1-2 cans of sour cherries or 2 cups blueberries
Streusel:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake:
Using the food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and peel. Slowly add egg, milk and melted butter. When all is well mixed, place in well greased baking dish.
Fruit:
If using sour cherries, drain and add a little sugar and flour. If using blueberries, add a little flour. Put fruit on top of first mixture.
Streusel:
Combine ingredients in processor. Pulse until crumbs form and then place on top of fruit. Topping may be doubled if so desired.
Bake at 375º (depending on oven, I bake at 360º) for 45 minutes.
