3 c. flour
1 package active dry yeast
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
1 tsp Italian seasoning


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan. In a large bowl stir together flour, salt, Italian seasoning, sugar and yeast. Mix in oil and warm water, form into a dough ball. Knead for 2 minutes. spread out on a pizza pan.
Bake crust for 8 minutes. Top and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
