1 C butter, 1/2 C finely chopped nuts, 2 egg whites stiffly beaten, heavy cream beaten, 1 1/2 C powered sugar, 1 C drained shredded pineapple and 3 doz. vanilla wafers.
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar, add nuts and pineapple and beat together. Fold in egg white's. Line cake pan with wafers and repeat until all ingredients are used having a layer of wafers on top. Refrigerate at least 12 hrs.
