1 pkg dry yeast
1 cup warm water (105-115)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp veg oil
2 cups flour (may need more)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine all ingredients.
Beat vigorously at least 20 strokes or use food processor, until a ball is formed.
May need to add additional flour.
Rest 5 minutes.
Bake 425 until lightly browned.
Add sauce and toppings.
Bake additional 5-10 minutes.
Add grated cheese and heat more if needed.
Yield: 1 large or 2 10 pizzas
