1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. peanut butter, can use crunchy
ľ c. milk for consistency( may not need)
1 Ĺ c. sifted powered sugar
1 16. oz. Cool Whip
1 pie crust, baked and cooled or crumb crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese, add peanut butter and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Pour into pie shell and freeze.
Let thaw 30 minutes before serving.
While still frozen can garnish with Cool Whip, chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts

Cameron Parisí grandmother, Mimi, served this pie for all family gatherings. We enjoyed it at Vita's house for Grandmother Nicastro's 90th birthday celebration. Vita refused to share the recipe, so Ginger combined several to approximate Vita's pie.
