4 slices of small onion chopped fine
3 cloves garlic pressed
2 eggs
2 lbs. chopmeat
1 T to 2 T milk (to soften bread)
1 tsp. salt
1 T oregano
3 T spaghetti sauce
5 slices bread or 1 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
1 1/2 T grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion and garlic. Add eggs, salt, oregano, sauce.

Make breadcrumbs (small pieces torn by hand or in a blender)

Add to wet mixture. Should be like stuffing texture.

Add meat and cheese. Shape into balls.

Bake at 350º for 20 -25 minutes. Drain grease (I usually put on paper towel to drain) then add to pot of spaghetti sauce.
