1 can(20 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/3 c. water
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 batch meatballs ( frozen or thawed)
1 large green pepper-cut 1” pieces
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple,set aside,reserve juice.
add water to juice to make 1 cup.
Pour into a large skillet.
Add 1/3 c. water,vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch, stir til smooth.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Add pineapple,meatballs and green pepper.
Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or til heated through.
Serve over rice.
