¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 tsp dry mustard
1-tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheese ( I use small cubes)
8 oz. Macaroni, cooked and drained
1/3-cup bread crumbs – I omit most of time
1-tsp paprika – I omit most of time

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 Qt casserole, melt butter for 40 seconds or until melted.
Stir in flour, mustard, salt & pepper, then gradually add milk (I use whisk).
Cook for 3-4 minutes on P 10(high), stirring once.
Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes or until sauce thickens. (watch, it may flow out of the container)
Using a 2 qt. dish sprayed with Pam, stir sauce into macaroni, and then stir in cheese.
Can top with breadcrumbs and paprika or omit. Cook covered in microwave at P8 for about 6 minutes or in the oven for 20-30
