1 cup self-rising cornmeal or 1 cornmeal mix (I used a box of Jiffy)
½ cup veg oil
2 eggs beaten
8 oz. sour cream
8 ½ oz. cream style corn
½ tsp. salt

Double:
2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix
lg can cream style corn
3 eggs
¾ cup veg oil

Grease pie pan
Bake 350º for 40 minutes
Freezes well, can double
