2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups blue berries
2 eggs
1 cup milk (I use 1 %)
3 Tbsp oil
1 tsp+ grated orange rind

Glaze:
Confectioners’ sugar
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º bake 45 minutes
Mix together:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Stir 1 ½ cups blue berries into flour mixture

In another bowl, combine:
2 eggs
1 cup milk (I use 1 %)
3 Tbsp oil
1 tsp+ grated orange rind

Add to flour mixture and stir by hand
Grease loaf pans
Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small
Bake 350º for 45 minutes

When cool, pour glaze over loaf
