Beef Tenderloin
kosher salt
olive oil pepper

Directions:

Remove the membrane and fat from a beef tenderloin.
Rub with olive oil and generously salt and pepper
Leave out for 30 minutes so it can come to room temperature.

Cook in preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes

Remove from oven and let rest 5-15 minutes before carving
