Venison Tenderloin
1/2 inch sliced Onion(s) - preferred kind - white, yellow, sweet
Bacon
Hot Pepper Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice venison tenderloin into 3/4 " slices and then cut in 1/2 (triangular shaped pieces)
2. Skewer venison / onion slice/ venison / onion slice, etc.
3. Wrap with bacon and secure with wooden toothpicks
4. Rotisserie to preferred doneness - make sure bacon is crisp
5. Serve with hot pepper jelly
