1 pound Medium Sized Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Butter
3 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Oz Blue Cheese
2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
1/4 Teaspoon fine herbes, (Italian Seasoning works)
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Mushrooms, remove stems, finely chop the stems and set aside. Melt butter in a heavy skillet, and when foaming begins to subside, add mushroom caps and saute over medium heat about 2 minutes. Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, mushroom stems, onion and fine herbes. Mix well. Stuff mushrooms caps with cheese mixture, dust with paprika and broil until bubbly.
