1 lb Burns lard 5 c all purpose flour 2 tsp salt water 1 tbsp vinegar
Mix together lard flour & salt until the size of peas. Store in jar in fridge until ready to use. For 1 10" pie use 1 c of mixture. Add vinegar water to flour mixture. Mix until flour mixture holds together. Roll to desired shape & thickness.
