4 eggs
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. melted butter
spray for pan

cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add flour and sugar alternately with milk and water, beating until smooth. Beat in melted butter. Makes 20-25 crepes

Heat a greased 6" skillet. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and tilt around to spread batter. Brown both sides turn onto a plate. Once all done fill crepes.
To fill crepes place fruits of your choice and cool whip in center and fold up you may drizzle with chocolate syrup or melt chocolate on top.

Crepes can be made lots of different ways be creative with the filling strawberries and jam, peanut butter and jelly, or ice cream and chocolate.
