2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oats
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 14 oz. can condensed milk
2 eggs
1 jar mincemeat
1 T. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 16 oz. cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl beat flour, oats, sugar and butter until crumbly. Reserving 1 1/2 c. mixture, press remaining mixture on bottom of greased 10x15 pan. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. In bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth; beat in eggs. Spread over crust and top with mincemeat. Combine remaining 1 T. sugar and cornstarch, stir in cranberry sauce. Spoon over mincemeat. Top with reserved crumb mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden. Cool. Chill. Cut into squares. Serves 16-20.
