2 1/2 cups flour, tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup chilled unsalted butter, 1 to 1/2 cups heavy cream.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt. Cut in butter into small pieces and add to flour. With pastry blender or 2 forks cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in 1 cup of cream and lightly mix into a soft dough adding more cream if necessary. Place dough on a lightly floured board, Knead a few times. Roll out into 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into three inch rounds. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in upper part of oven until golden about 15 to 20 mi
