2 C sugar
1 C white corn syrup
1/3 C water
1 lb unsalted peanuts
1 T butter
1 T baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and water until softball stage (248º) Stirring frequently!
Add peanuts and cook until hard crack stage (310º)
Remove from heat and add 1 T butter and stir until melted. Add 1 T soda and stir well until foams up. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. Let cool completely and break up.
