6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 C packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C half & half
1/2 C butter melted
Topping-
1 C brown sugar
2 T flour
1/4 C butter
1 C pecans chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes until tender and mash.
Combine potatoes with rest of ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Topping- combine brown sugar and flour, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture and bake uncovered 30-35 min at 350º
