4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can pork and beans
1 can butter or lima beans, drained
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp.prepared mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup barbecue sauce or ketchup
