1/2 C milk 1/4 C sugar 1/4 C vinegar 1 egg beaten 4 T margarine 1 tsp Cornstarch 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp celery seed 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/4 C chopped onion 1/4 C mayonnaise 3 boiled eggs chopped 7 medium potatoes
Peel and boil potatoes until tender and let cool. Cook first 9 ingredients over low heat stirring until thickened. Remove from heat. Blend in onion and Mayo. Cool. Combine sliced potatoes and eggs. Carefully fold in dressing and chill.
