6 tbsp. Parkay margarine
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2-3 1/4 cups of quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a 3 quart saucepan. Add milk and vanilla. Mix sugar and cocoa together and add to mixture in saucepan. Blend well. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Immediately remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Then add oats. Stir mixture thoroughly, drop from spoon (or cookie scoop) to wax paper.
