2- 2 1/2 Lbs. Chicken tenders/cutlets pounded
2 eggs beaten
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1/3 Cup oil
1/2 Cup White Wine (something you drink)
3 large cloves garlic minced
1 tspn parsley
2 tspns oregano
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken cutlets in egg and coat with bread crumbs. Fry in oil until lightly browned on both sides. Put chicken in baking dish.

In small saucepan combine oil, lemon juice, wine, oregano, parsley, garlic and Salt & Pepper.

Bring to boil and simmer for two minutes.

Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees about 35-40 minutes or until hot.
