3 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 3 Tbls vegetable oil 3/4 cup of tepid water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well and pour the water in. Mix together with your hands, pour the vegetable oil all over the dough and knead adding flour so that it isn't sticky, but you can roll out to make a tortilla. 2. Take the dough and pull apart making 10 to 12 balls. Lightly flour surface and roll out about 1/8 inch or as big as a plate so it fits on the grill. Cook about a minute and a half on first side and turn and cook on other side a minute.
