1 Large onion chopped
1 tabs oil
31/2 c.total drain cans of cooked pinto beans,kidney beans,navy beans
21/2-3 c.shredded beef use pot roast
1 can141/2-16 oz.tomatoes
1 can 6 oz. tomato paste
1 can 4 oz. diced green chilies
1 c. reserved beef juice
1 tsp Chile powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 tortilla cups

Directions:
Directions:
Combined all of the ingredients and bring to a boil.then lower the temp.while you fix the tortilla cups. deep fry 8 (7-8 in.) flour tortillas at 375ºgently depressing center with wooden spoon until tortillas form a cup. fry until golden brown. Fill cups with mixture.
