8 stalks celery chopped
7 onions diced
6-8 bay leaves
2 tabs chives
2tbs basil
Cook and let set and pour off water then run though colander. Boil again, mean while mix together.
2 sticks oleo melted
11/2 c. corn starch
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c.white sugar
1/4 c.salt

then add to tomato juice, cook 5-10 minutes put clean glass jars.cold pack 15 minutes
