4 lbs boneless chicken breasts, 1/4 cup tarragon leaves, 2 -3 cups finely chopped celery, 2 cups chopped walnuts, 2 cups mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, salt, pepper, 2 cups seedless grapes.

Directions:
Cook chicken w/tarragon. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Cool and then cut into small chunks. Put into bowl and add celery, walnuts, mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add 2 cups halved seedless grapes.
