8-12 eggs, red onion, tbsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and mayonnaise to taste.

Directions:
Put eggs in cold water and boil until hard. (Run cold water over while draining so eggs don't stick). Peel eggs, cut in half and put yolks in small bowl. Chop egg yolks, add dry mustard, mustard, salt, pepper, finely chopped onion, and mayonnaise. Put into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.
