1 lb. suet
4 lbs. hamburger
2 cans red kidney beans
1 qt. tomatoes put through colander
2 or 3 T. chili powder
salt to taste

Directions:
Melt suet then add hamburger and cook 1 hour. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, water and cook 3 more hours. I'm not sure how much water is needed.
