3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick oleo melted
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook enough sweet potatoes with skins on to make 3 c. when mashed. Skin and mash.
Mix mashed sweet potatoes, melted oleo, eggs, and vanilla. Put in 9x9 greased pan, sprinkle topping over all and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. DON'T BURN THE PECANS!
