Ingredients:  
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast (frozen or fresh)
Miracle Whip light or Mayo depending upon your taste
Craisins
Almond slices
sliced grapes

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook and cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. mix together Craisins, Almond slices, and grapes.
3. Add Miracle Whip light to mixture as per personal preference.
4. Serve on piece of lettuce or on toasted bread.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
