Potatoes (6 medium sized)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. of butter
1 diced onion
16 oz. Velveeta
Directions:

1. Peel and boil potatoes and then cut to size
2. Mix cornstarch and milk in saucepan and add butter cooking on low heat until thick
3. Add the cheese and onion
4. Put potatoes in 9x13 and pour cheese over and bake 350 until bubbly
