•2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
•1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, diced
•1 sleeve Ritz crackers
•1/2 c. melted butter
•1 c. diced onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli as directed on package; Squeeze excess water out; add onions into broccoli mixture
2. In separate bowl, crush crackers and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter.
3. In a 1½ or 2 quart size casserole dish, layer ½ of the broccoli, ½ of the diced cheese, and ½ of the crumbs. Then add the other layer of broccoli, cheese and crumbs.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
